Under the divine guidance and inspiration of Guruvarya Param Pujya Sahebji, Yog Shibir was organized from 4th February to 23rd February at Anoopam Mission Social Welfare Centre, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
The response was enthusiastic wherein about 360 participants took advantage of the Shibir held everyday early morning & evening. The Shibir was under the astute guidance and instructions of Retd Lt Gen (Dr.) M M Walia, President Yogi Institute of Holistic Management, Noida. Dr Walia is closely associated with Yog Rushi, Param Pujya Swami Ramdevji Maharaj. Dr Walia has been conducting programs on “Holistic Management” covering three basic aspects of life, i.e “Body, Mind and Spirit” to remaining “Fit for Life”.
The program laid emphasis on Pranayam with Yogasana. Other remedies such as acupressure, cybernetic meditation, nature cure too were covered in the Shibir. Being an introductory Shibir, it was free of cost.
The participants were allowed to discuss their personal health problems on a “one to one” basis. At the conclusion of the Shibir, participants expressed their gratitude to Anoopam Mission for organizing such a thought provoking Yog Shibir.
A series of similar Yog Shibir have been planned in the last week of April & first week of May’08. Exclusive programs will also be organized for ladies and children.
Param Pujya Ashvinbhai, Pujya Jagatbhai, Pujya Hetanbhai, Pujya Dineshbhai, Pujya Haribhai, Pujya Rajubhai, Pujya Keyurbhai initiated the activities and provided motivation to Mumbai Youth. |
