families of Nana Dahisara At New Location near
the old village.At. : Nana Dahisara Ta. : Malia

The rehabilitated new village, now
named as Anoopam Nagar is 27 kms from Morbi
on Morbi Navlakhi Road Route.
The project started on October 19, 2001.
The devotees of Anoopam Mission, the well wishers
- individuals, organizations across the country
and abroad heartily contributed for the project.
The Gujarati samaj of Tampa Bay, Florida , USA
through Dr. Kiranbhai Patel and Shri Odhabapa
of Orpat Charitable trust, Morbi whole heartedly
donated to support this project.

No. of houses constructed - 50 Nos
Plot Area - 3150 Sq ft.
Unit built up area - 564 Sq ft.
The design of the buildings for residence as well
as infrastructure are as per norms to withstand
natural calamities like earthquake and cyclones.
The constructed residences are with two bedrooms,
a big hall - sitting room, stair case etc. with
built up area of 564 Sq. Ft. in a plot area of
3150 Sq. Ft.
The project work was completed with construction
of residences, roads, hall for social function
and cultural activities, entrance gate, street
lights, tree plantation etc. as per the village
map.
Shri Ashokbhai Bhatt Hon. Minister of Law &
Justice - Government of Gujarat precided the function.
We could offer the earthquake victim villagers
, the earthquake resistant houses much better
than what they had. With this project we have
been able to offer shelter to 50 earthquake victimized
families consisting of 270 family members.The beneficiaries having moved
from their small huts to spacious residences will
help them to enhance their life style and provide
their children a better environment for education
and overall development.
